In the development goal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities until 2020, one of the main orientations on training and scientific research is clearly defined as building a research university with appropriate model, scale and activities, in which the importance of participating in research in different forms of the young staff, graduate students and postgraduate students of the University is determined. From these orientations, in the 2013-2014 school year, the University plans to organize the "Scientific Conference of young staff, graduate students and postgraduate students" as follows:
1. Purpose:Scientific research (NCKH) of young cadres (CBT), master's students (HVCH) and doctoral students (NCS) is an important and necessary activity of cadre training and postgraduate training, contributing to improving the quality of training and scientific research of this group; Helping CBT, HVCH and NCS improve their acquired knowledge, research specific issues raised by their majors; creating a professional foundation and research skills for the learning and research process (thesis, dissertation); Improving the quality of training and self-training, creating high-quality human resources, discovering and nurturing a system of high-quality, leading scientists for the country; Creating an atmosphere of academic activities among young cadres, master's students and doctoral students, aiming to contribute to building a research university.
2. Content:There is no limit to the content. The articles participating in the Conference are new articles and research - not yet published in any seminars, magazines, monographs, related to theses, dissertations, and professional research of young staff, graduate students and researchers.
3. Form:The research paper is presented in the form of a 15-minute speech or poster presentation (Articles participating in the Conference are evaluated and published in the scientific proceedings, with a publication code and review comments from the Expert Council).
4. Time: 01 day, March 2014 (official time will be announced before February 10, 2014)
5. Location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi
6. Schedule:
-Before December 25, 2013: Young staff, graduate students and doctoral students submit abstracts for participation. Abstracts in Vietnamese and English include:Title, author's name, article summary (about 500 words), list of keywords, list of references (no more than 3 documents).
- Before January 15, 2014: The Conference's professional council will announce the selected articles (presented in speech or poster form);
- Before February 20, 2014: Submit full article via emailresearch@ussh.edu.vn. Full text articles (from 3,000 to 6,000 words) are presented in Unicode, Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.5.
