Announcement of appointment demand for the title of Professor and Associate Professor in 2013

Pursuant to Decision No. 174/2008/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2008 of the Prime Minister on promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for appointment and dismissal of the titles of professor and associate professor;

Pursuant to Circular No. 16/2009/TT-BGDDT dated July 17, 2009 of the Ministry of Education and Training detailing the consideration of recognition, cancellation of recognition of meeting standards, appointment and dismissal of the titles of professor and associate professor;

Pursuant to Decision No. 20/2012/QD-TTg dated April 24, 2012 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the "Regulations on standards and procedures for appointment and dismissal of the titles of professor and associate professor" issued together with Decision No. 174/2008/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2008 of the Prime Minister;

Pursuant to Circular No. 30/2012/TT-BGDDT dated September 11, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 16/2009/TT-BGDDT dated July 17, 2009 of the Minister of Education and Training detailing the consideration of recognition, cancellation of recognition of meeting standards, appointment and dismissal of the titles of professor and associate professor;

Based on the strategic development plan of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi announces the number of professors and associate professors to be appointed to the following majors:

Registration documents include:

• Application form for appointment to the title of professor or associate professor (according to the form issued by the State Council for Professor Titles);
• Decision on recognition of meeting the standards for the title of professor or associate professor issued by the Chairman of the State Council for Professor Titles;
• Appointment proposal letter of Faculty, Department; Minutes of Faculty, Department meeting.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities begins accepting applications for appointment to the titles of Professor and Associate Professor in 2013 from November 25, 2013 to November 29, 2013 at the Personnel Organization Department (Room 602 - Building E, No. 336, Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).
