The school announces the plan for organizing the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor's degrees for the academic year 2016-2017.

1. Time and location of the event

2. Assign specific time slots for graduating students from each major to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

4. The school requires student volunteers to attend the Graduation Ceremony:

4.1.Dress formally, arrive on time, and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.

4.2.Following the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony in the Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E:

- Graduating students should go to the Training Department (Room 604, Building E) to sign for their diplomas.

- Students graduating with Excellent or Good grades, and students receiving awards for the 2016-2017 academic year, should come to the Political and Student Affairs Office (Room 102, Building E) to receive their Certificates of Merit/Awards.

5.This year, the University is changing the method of awarding bachelor's degrees. Therefore, the University respectfully invites the parents of the graduating students to attend the Graduation Ceremony and Bachelor's Degree Awarding for the 2016-2017 academic year at the time and location mentioned above.
