Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation, Decree No. 65/2014/ND-CP dated July 1, 2014 of the Government, Circular No. 12/2012/TT-BGDDT dated April 3, 2012 of the Ministry of Education and Training and Regulations on standards and procedures for reviewing emulation and commendation at VNU issued under Decision No. 54/QD-VNU dated January 6, 2015 of the Director of VNU. Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1639/VNU-VP dated May 19, 2017 of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on organizing the 2016-2017 academic year summary conference; Instruction No. 1486/HD-DHQGHN dated May 5, 2017 of Hanoi National University on summarizing emulation and reward work in the 2016-2017 school year.
