Students and trainees must wear their ID cards when entering the school.

Students and postgraduate students who do not wear their student ID/postgraduate student ID will not be allowed to enter the university campus, participate in classes, or receive assistance with other matters.

To ensure the effective implementation of this regulation, the School requests that heads of units implement the following:

1. Heads of units shall instruct and remind their staff, lecturers, students, and trainees to strictly comply with the regulations of the University.

2. The Administrative and General Affairs Department assigns the Security Team to regularly check for ID badge wearing at the two entrance gates and within the school grounds when necessary.

3. The Inspection and Legal Affairs Department will strengthen inspections of student and postgraduate student compliance with wearing ID badges in lecture halls and on campus.

We request that heads of units pay attention to implementing this.
