Training Course on Buddhist Cultural Tourism for Tour Guides

Upcoming, TASS Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, will organize a training course on Buddhist cultural tourism for tour guides, with lectures given by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trieu The Viet – a cultural researcher and lecturer in the Faculty of Tourism Studies.

- Morning classes are held at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District.

+ Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trieu The Viet – Cultural researcher, Lecturer in the Faculty of Tourism Studies – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, giving a theoretical lecture in class.

- In the afternoon, we went on a field trip and listened to a lecture at Tran Quoc Pagoda.

+ Associate Professor Dr. Trieu The Viet will be giving a lecture at the Vietnamese Temple cultural space.

+ Mr. Vu Van Cuong, M.Sc., spoke about guiding Buddhist cultural tourism at Vietnamese temples.

The Buddhist Cultural Tourism Knowledge Training Course for Tour Guides is the first program organized by TASS – USSH, VNU, with the aim of improving the skills and cultural understanding of temple visits for tour guides in particular and Vietnamese people in general. This is the first course in a series of training courses on tour guiding skills at spiritual tourism destinations, organized by TASS. We hope to receive the support of the trainees and our colleagues.
