Invitation to write papers for the workshop "Proposed policies to promote open educational resources in Vietnamese higher education"

Developing open educational materials and sharing educational materials is a trend of universities around the world and in Vietnam. Following the success of the first international conference on open educational resources (OER), and clarifying the current status of OER development in Vietnam as well as learning from international experiences, thereby creating a basis for proposing OER development policies for Vietnamese higher education, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (under Vietnam National University, Hanoi), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) co-organized a scientific conference with the theme:

Propose policies to promote open educational resources for higher education in Vietnam”.The workshop is scheduled to be held on September 28, 2016 in Hanoi.

The Organizing Committee respectfully invites you to participate in writing papers for the Conference. For regulations on content, format and submission deadline, please see here.appendix. Quality articles will be sent for confidential review, edited and compiled for publication in the proceedings. It is expected that Springer Publishing will cooperate with the conference book.
