On June 21, 2016, the Ministry of Education and Training published a document seeking comments on the draft Circular promulgating the Regulations on part-time university-level training. The Information and Communication Technology Department is sending the above-mentioned draft document to the Board of Directors and leaders of relevant units for their information and comments. All comments on the draft should be sent to the Department of Higher Education - Ministry of Education and Training, 35 Dai Co Viet Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, email: vugddh@moet.edu.vn.
