- Recommend graduate students to come.on timeNotice. Students who arrive late will not have time to complete the procedures of signing for their diplomas, changing into their formal attire, and receiving their diplomas on stage.

In case they cannot come to receive the diploma, the person who comes to receive the diploma on their behalf must bring a notarized authorization document with a notarized copy of the ID card of the authorizing person and the authorized person.
