Students who do not attend classes according to the announced schedule must submit an application (according to form 01 attached below) to the Training Department (SDH Department - Room 607, Building E) before January 30, 2023.
Students of previous courses who want to retake the course need to submit an application (according to form 02 attached below) for students who have requested to defer their studies; students who retake the course due to failing grades or absent from school without reason, without submitting an application for deferment... need to submit an application to retake the course (according to form 03 attached below) and pay the retake fee according to regulations before January 14, 2023.
