Students who are unable to attend classes according to the announced schedule must submit an application (using form 01 attached below) to the Training Department (Postgraduate Studies Department - Room 607, Building E) before January 30, 2023.
Students from previous courses who wish to retake the course must submit an application form (attached as Form 02 below) for those who have previously requested a deferment; students who retake the course due to failing grades or unjustified absences, or who did not submit a deferment application, must submit an application form (attached as Form 03 below) and pay the retake fee as stipulated before January 14, 2023.
