- Documents regarding foreign language proficiency requirements: Official Letter No. 70/VNU-DT dated January 12, 2021, for information on institutions issuing B2 certificates according to the Vietnamese competency framework; Official Letter No. 653/VNU-DT dated March 15, 2021, for information on certificates issued by foreign organizations (VNU also accepts Aptis certificates issued by the British Council); Postgraduate Training Regulations No. 3636 dated October 21, 2022 (Clause b, Section 2. Conditions for thesis evaluation, Article 35)
- Students need to submit an application form (following the provided template) along with two notarized photocopies of their diplomas/certificates to the Training Department (Postgraduate Studies Section - Room 607 - Building E) on Wednesday and Friday mornings, and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons each week.
