Notice of recruitment of contract workers, phase 3, 2022

Implementing the 2022 - 2023 school year plan; Considering the personnel needs of the units, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the recruitment of contract workers for the third period of 2022, specifically as follows:
1. Conditions for registering for contract labor recruitment
1.1. People who meet the following conditions:
- Is a Vietnamese worker and resides in Vietnam;
- Of legal working age;
- Have application form;
- Have clear background;
- Have diplomas and training certificates appropriate to the job position;
- Be physically fit to perform the job or duties;
- Meet other conditions, not contrary to legal regulations as required by the job position.
1.2. The following people are not allowed to register for contract labor recruitment:
- Loss of civil capacity or limited civil capacity;
- Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

3. Contract labor recruitment standards on foreign language proficiency, computer skills and other job standards

+ Ability to conduct scientific research: being the sole author or the first author of an article (for journals that do not arrange authors' names in alphabetical order) published in a specialized scientific journal with a standard ISSN code or a book chapter published by a publisher with a standard ISBN code.
+ Have a training certificate according to the professional title standards of university lecturers or must commit to having a certificate within 01 year of signing the labor contract.
- For Researchers: Have the ability to conduct scientific research: be the sole author or the first author of an article (for journals that do not arrange authors' names in alphabetical order) published in a specialized scientific journal with a standard ISSN code or a book chapter published by a publisher with a standard ISBN code.

5. Deadline and location for receiving documents

5.1. Application documents include
- Application form (handwritten)
- CV (with 4×6 photo attached) certified by a competent authority (valid for 6 months from the date of application submission);
- Notarized copies of diplomas, transcripts, and certificates related to the required major. Diplomas and certificates issued by foreign educational institutions must be translated into Vietnamese and notarized. Diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions must have a notarized copy of the Diploma Recognition Certificate from the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training;
- Notarized copy of Birth Certificate;
- Health certificate issued by a competent health authority (valid within 6 months from the date of application submission);
- Documents and records proving work experience (copy of labor contract or work contract, social insurance book) (if any).
- Scientific background according toModel 02 clearly stating the journal ISSN code for articles published in specialized scientific journals; the publisher's ISBN code for published textbook chapters or monographs, with confirmation from the working agency. (For candidates applying for the position of lecturer or researcher)
Note:
Candidates are responsible for the legality of their diplomas and certificates. In case, after the results of the contract labor recruitment are available, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities discovers that the candidate has used the diploma or certificate in violation of regulations, the University will issue a decision to cancel the admission results. The received documents will not be returned.
5.2. Time and place for receiving documents
- Time: From December 19, 2022 to December 23, 2022 (working days from Monday to Friday), Morning from 8:30 to 11:30; Afternoon from 14:00 to 16:30.

5.3. Application fee: 500,000 VND/applicant (Five hundred thousand VND).

6. Form, content, time and location of the examination

6.1. Form of contract labor recruitment: Selection
6.2. Examination content:
* Round 1 (common for all candidates): Check the application requirements on the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the requirements are met, the candidate will be allowed to participate in round 2.
* Round 2: Professionalism and expertise
a. Form: Interview
b. Interview content: Common for all positions
* General knowledge: Relevant regulations according to the requirements of the job position and knowledge about the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, about Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
* Test of foreign language proficiency in the field (as registered by the candidate).
* Test the ability to apply information technology in performing the tasks of the recruiting position.
* Professional knowledge:
+ For lecturer position:
Content and format: Candidates practice teaching 1 period and have a professional interview, directly answering questions from the Council.
+ For the remaining positions: Interview on work handling skills and practical situations related to the recruitment position.
c. Interview scores are calculated on a 100-point scale.
d. Time: 30 minutes for interview;
