Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 18/HDGSNN dated February 16, 2023 of the State Council of Professors on the announcement of the schedule for considering and recognizing the qualifications for the titles of Professor and Associate Professor in 2023, the School would like to announce the plan for considering and recognizing the qualifications for the titles of Professor and Associate Professor in 2023 at the School as follows:

10/5	Deadline for the School to send documents and Decision on establishing the basic Board of Supervisors, election results of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary of the Board and the Board's review schedule to the Office of the National Board of Supervisors.
01/6-16/6	Training on recognition of meeting standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor in 2022 (organized by the State Council of Professors).
30/6	Deadline for candidates to submit all application documents for recognition of meeting the standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor in 2023. - Candidates submit 03 sets of documents printed, photographed on A4 paper, bound, with table of contents and page numbers at the School's Personnel Organization Department. - Candidates access the website of the National Council for Education and Training at:http://hdgsnn.gov.vn/ungvien/and follow the instructions to register and submit the Application for recognition of meeting the title standards (Form No. 1, Appendix II, Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg, dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for considering recognition of meeting the title standards of Professor and Associate Professor; procedures for considering cancellation of recognition of titles and dismissal of Professor and Associate Professor titles).
