Announcement of the Schedule for the Recognition of Professor and Associate Professor Titles in 2023

In accordance with Official Letter No. 18/HĐGSNN dated February 16, 2023, from the State Council of Professors regarding the announcement of the schedule for considering and recognizing the qualifications for the titles of Professor and Associate Professor in 2023, the University hereby announces the plan for considering and recognizing the qualifications for the titles of Professor and Associate Professor in 2023 at the University as follows:

28/04	The deadline for candidates to register for the recognition of Professor and Associate Professor titles in 2023 is at the University's Personnel Department.
10/5	The deadline for schools to submit the dossier and the Decision on the establishment of the Faculty Council, the results of the election of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary of the Council, and the Council's review schedule to the Office of the National Faculty Council.
01/6-16/6	Training course on the assessment and recognition of Professor and Associate Professor titles in 2022 (organized by the State Council of Professors).
30/6	Deadline for candidates to submit all application documents for recognition of Professor and Associate Professor titles in 2023.. - Applicants must submit three sets of printed or photocopied application documents on A4 paper, bound, with a table of contents and numbered pages, to the Human Resources Department of the School. - Candidates can access the website of the National Council for Professorship at the following address:http://hdgsnn.gov.vn/ungvien/and follow the instructions to register and submit the Application for Recognition of Title Qualification (Form No. 1, Appendix II, Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for recognizing the attainment of the title of Professor, Associate Professor; procedures for revoking recognition of the title and dismissing the title of Professor, Associate Professor).
