The Planning and Finance Department would like to send to the officers (subject to income tax in 2015) a detailed list of income and tax payable in 2015. We respectfully request that the Heads of the units send their administrative officers to receive it at the Planning and Finance Department and notify each officer (subject to tax) to re-check all income and family deductions in the detailed list of their 2015 personal income tax slips. Any questions about the income in their income slips should be sent directly to the Planning and Finance Department for clarification before April 7, 2016. After the above deadline, if there is no response regarding income and tax payable, the School will carry out tax settlement and pay the tax payable to the Hanoi Tax Department, and at the same time collect the tax payable in 2015 from each individual in two forms:
One: Officers pay directly in cash before April 25, 2016.
Second: The school will deduct from the salary, starting from the May salary and the following months' salaries until the amount payable is exhausted. Based on the tax payable by each staff member, the school will deduct a percentage of the monthly salary, from 50% to 100% of the salary.
This is very important information related to the rights of staff. We respectfully request that heads of units pay attention and notify staff (subject to personal income tax) of their units of the above information.
