1. Eligible participants:

• Tour guides who need to renew their international tour guide licenses.
• University students who aspire to become international tour guides.
• Other groups with needs

2. Foreign languages:English, French, Russian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, Italian, ....

3. Expected exam date:May 7, 2016(Registration deadline: Before April 22, 2016

4. Application documents for the exam:

1. 01 Photo 4cm x 6cm (write your full name and year of birth on the back of the photo)
2. 01 Application form for the exam (according to template)
3. 01 Birth certificate (photocopy) and 01 National identity card (photocopy)

5. Examination format:

1. Comprehensive test (reading, writing, and listening skills): 90 minutes.
2. The presentation should be on a given topic: 7-10 minutes.

6. Examination fee:

a) Examination fee for one language:

• 2 contestants: 3,000,000 VND
• From 3 to 29 contestants: 2,500,000 VND
• For 30 or more participants: 2,300,000 VND

b) Retake exam fee:

• Retaking a skill: 50% of the exam fee.
• Retaking 2 skills: 70% of the exam fee.

7. Conditions for organizing the exam:The number of candidates must be 30 or more. (For rare languages ​​such as German, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, Italian, Khmer, Indonesian, etc., the exam may be held if the number of candidates is 5 or more.)
