Notice of organizing the foreign language certificate exam specializing in Tourism in Ho Chi Minh City

1.Contestants:

• Tour guides need to renew their international tour guide cards
• University students wishing to become international tour guides
• Other subjects in need

2.Foreign languages:English, French, Russian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, Italian, Khmer, Indonesian…

3.Expected exam date:April 17, 2016 (Registration deadline: April 9, 2016)

4.Exam registration form:

          a. 01 4x6 photo (write full name and year of birth on the back of the photo)

          b. Application form (according to attached form)

          c. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (01 copy) and ID Card (01 copy)

5.Test form

          a. Comprehensive essay (reading, writing, listening skills): 90 minutes.

          b. Presentation by topic: 07-10 minutes.

6.Exam fee:

a) Exam fees for one language:

• 02 candidates: 3,000,000 VND
• From 3 to 29 candidates: 2,500,000 VND
• From 30 candidates or more: 2,300,000 VND

b) Re-examination fee:

• Retake 1 skill: 50% of exam fee.
• Retake 2 skills: 70% of exam fee.

7. Review tuition:

+ Tuition: 1,000,000 VND/student (One million VND)

+ Duration: 04 sessions (2.5 hours/session)

+ Review schedule: expected on April 9 & 10, 2016
