The school announced the organization of the first Doctoral Degree Award Ceremony in 2018

Time to gather:08:30 August 18, 2018 (Saturday)

Location:Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities -336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

Note:

- All PhD students are requested to arrive on time. Late PhD students will not have time to complete the procedures of signing for the diploma, changing into formal attire and receiving the diploma on stage.

- Students must sit in the correct position in the Hall assigned by the Organizing Committee.

- When receiving the diploma, the candidate must bring an identification document with a photo. In case the candidate cannot come to receive the diploma, the person coming to receive the diploma on their behalf must bring a notarized authorization document with a notarized copy of the ID card of the authorizing person and the authorized person.
