Announcement regarding the first Master's degree awarding ceremony of 2018.

• Assembly time: 1:30 PM on July 24, 2018 (Tuesday).
• Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
• Note:

Graduate students are requested to arrive on time as announced. Latecomers will not have enough time to complete the procedures for signing for their diplomas, changing into their ceremonial attire, and receiving their diplomas on stage.

Participants are seated in the assigned seats in the auditorium as directed by the Organizing Committee.

Students receiving their diplomas must bring photo identification. If a student is unable to come in person, the person receiving the diploma on their behalf must bring a notarized power of attorney along with notarized copies of the identity cards of both the grantor and the grantee.
