The Irish Masters Programme is fully funded by the Irish Government and delivered under the auspices of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). The aim of the programme is to nurture future leaders; develop domestic capacity to achieve national SDG targets and build positive relationships with Ireland.
The programme offers selected students the opportunity to undertake a fully funded one-year Masters programme at a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Ireland. Up to 25 scholarships will be awarded to Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.
Eligible master's level programs listed include: environmental activities; food safety; engineering; science and technology; marine management; research and development; international relations; law; human rights; gender equality; health; education; information systems; social policy; business.

• Support for airfare, health insurance, accommodation, living expenses and visa fees.
Application requirements:• Applicants must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), awarded within the last 12 years.
• Candidates are not qualified to have a master's degree or higher.
• Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience (for Cambodia and Laos) or 2 years of relevant work experience (for Vietnam).
• Candidates must have a satisfactory level of English and will be confirmed through an English test.
