Plan to organize the 2024 Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony

The Master's and Doctoral degree awarding ceremony will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024 at the Hall on the 8th floor of Building E.
To: Leaders of Faculties/Institutes/Departments
The school announces the plan to organize the 2024 Doctoral and Master's Degree Awarding Ceremony for newly graduated Doctors and Masters. To successfully organize this important event, we respectfully request that leaders of units disseminate the following contents to the new Doctors and Masters of their units:
1. Time and location of the event
- Time: 9:00 a.m., July 19, 2024 (Friday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E
- Participants: Representatives of Leaders of Departments and Centers; Secretary of the Youth Union; President of the Student Association; Representatives of Leaders of training units, Postgraduate Training Assistants and new PhDs and Masters.

2. The school requires new PhDs and Masters to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
- At exactly 8:15 am, the new PhDs and Masters will be present at the 8th floor Hall of Building E to receive their ceremonial gowns and perform the tasks as instructed by the Organizing Committee.
- After the Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall, Building E:
+ New PhDs bring their Citizen Identification Cards to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
+ New Masters bring their Citizen Identification Cards to the Training Department (Room 708, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
In order for the Doctoral and Master's Degree Awarding Ceremony to be successfully organized, we respectfully request that leaders of units notify the new Doctors and Masters of their units to carry out the ceremony according to plan.
