To: The leadership of the Faculties/Institutes/DepartmentsThe university announces the plan for the 2024 Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony for newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders. To ensure the successful organization of this important event, we kindly request that the leaders of each unit brief their newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders on the following points:
1. Time and location of the event- Time: 9:00 AM, July 19, 2024 (Friday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E
- Attendees: Representatives from the leadership of departments and centers; Youth Union Secretary; Student Union President; representatives from the leadership of training units, postgraduate training assistants, and newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders.
2. The university requires all new PhD and Master's graduates to attend the Graduation Ceremony.- At exactly 8:15 AM, the new PhD and Master's graduates should be present at the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E to receive their ceremonial attire and follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- Following the Doctoral and Master's degree awarding ceremony in the auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E:
New PhD graduates should bring their Citizen Identity Cards to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
New Master's graduates should bring their Citizen Identity Card to the Training Department (Room 708, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
To ensure the successful organization of the Doctoral and Master's degree awarding ceremony, we kindly request that the leaders of each unit inform their newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders to adhere strictly to the plan.
