The faculties of Journalism and Communication, Anthropology, Political Science, Tourism Studies, and Literature are implementing a plan to evaluate the quality of their training programs in 2017.
Vice Rector Tran Thi Minh Hoa emphasized that unit leaders need close guidance; they must develop scientific plans and reasonable procedures. Faculties need to be proactive and diligent in preparing documents, conducting a comprehensive review of all activities, collecting evidence, and especially not just submitting reports formally. With the close guidance of the Party Committee and the University's Board of Directors, and the close coordination between the Center for Training Quality Assurance, functional departments, and specialized faculties, the quality assessment of training programs at the University of Social Sciences in recent years has seen remarkable improvements in both quantity and quality. After conducting quality assessments of their training programs, the faculties have provided positive feedback and observations, and have also developed strategies, measures, and plans to leverage their strengths and overcome limitations in their operations.
