Archaeologists do not seem to stay where they live. Their homes are the people's homes. They go on field trips and excavate at archaeological sites in many regions. Archaeological excavations are to search for material traces, partly recreating the history of the Vietnamese people. From the relics and artifacts excavated at archaeological sites, researchers will determine the age, nature and cultural characteristics. Thereby, they restore the relics as well as build overall plans to preserve and promote the historical - cultural - educational values ​​of those relics in the context of building a contemporary Vietnamese culture.Jobs and tasks to be performed:

• Research archaeological documents;

• Participate in surveying relics before organizing excavation;
