Fifteen out of the 64 entries in the wall newspaper competition were exhibited at the Information Room from May 10 to 15, 2010.The competition, organized by the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, had three main themes: + Celebrating Youth Month and working together to build a civilized and disciplined school environment; + Commemorating the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi; + Celebrating the 26th Party Congress of the University and the 65th anniversary of the University's founding. An exhibition displayed the 15 best wall newspapers selected from 64 wall newspapers created by youth union branches and student associations of various faculties. Compared to previous years, this year's wall newspapers were judged to be beautiful, creative, and rich in ideas. Not overly elaborate in form or containing too much information, the works were meticulously crafted in terms of layout and detail, and used various materials for decoration, creating a unique look for the newspaper. This wall newspaper competition was an activity in response to Youth Month and to celebrate major holidays of the capital and the country. The competition emphasizes creativity and uniqueness in design, quality of informational content, and impressive presentations of each participating unit's product. In addition to the official prizes, the organizers also award a prize for the entry with the most votes.
