Ho Chi Minh, the national liberation hero, a world cultural figure, and the founder of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, not only left our nation a great revolutionary cause but also a precious legacy for the entire Party and people: a shining example of noble moral qualities, a lifetime of selfless sacrifice and struggle for the country and the happiness of the people. During these days, as the whole country joyfully celebrates the 131st anniversary of his birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2021), the Central Party Office has issued Document No. 731-CV/VPTW to news agencies and the press announcing the Politburo's conclusion on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016, of the 12th Politburo "On promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style." On this occasion, Associate Professor Lai Quoc Khanh, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has presented an insightful analysis of Ho Chi Minh's leadership style.
