The Indian government offers numerous scholarships to outstanding Vietnamese students to pursue undergraduate/postgraduate/doctoral studies in various fields (excluding Medicine, Pharmacy, and Fashion) at Indian universities under the ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Exchange) scholarship programs; these include the General Scholarship Program (GSS), the Ganges-Mekong Cooperation (MGC), the Educational Exchange Program (EEP), and the Indian Music and Dance Scholarship Program.
The scholarship includes: visa fees, tuition fees, living expenses, a one-time round-trip economy class air ticket to the nearest airport (only for MGC and EEP scholarships), dormitory accommodation, and medical expenses.
