Vietnam - China Youth Exchange 2015

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Pham Quang Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the University expressed his joy at welcoming the Chinese youth delegation to visit the University. He also affirmed the important and positive contributions of the University in particular and of Vietnam National University, Hanoi in general to the development of bilateral relations between Vietnam and China through higher education; at the same time, he emphasized: The relationship between the two countries has never been as good as it is now and we need to look at that relationship from a general perspective. Please cooperate with us for a bright future of the relationship between the two countries, for peace and stability in the region.

On the side of the Chinese Youth Delegation, Mr. Liu Xuankai, Deputy Secretary of the Trade Union of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, said: Today's meeting aims to further strengthen the exchange between young people of the two countries, especially students. We hope to learn more about the education of Vietnamese universities, and hope that the cooperation between the two countries' education can be further expanded so that students of the two countries can study at the schools of the other country as well as teachers of the schools can exchange and interact with each other.

Mr. Liu Xuankai, Deputy Secretary of the Trade Union of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, spoke to cadres, youth and students of the two countries.

Besides the exchange, the School also had activities to guide the Chinese Youth Delegation to visit the School's Traditional Hall and Anthropology Museum.
