Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Pham Quang Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the University, expressed his pleasure in welcoming the Chinese youth delegation to visit the University. He also affirmed the important and positive contributions of the University in particular and of Hanoi National University in general to the development of bilateral relations between Vietnam and China through higher education; and emphasized: The relationship between the two countries has never been as good as it is now, and we need to view this relationship from a broader perspective. Let's cooperate with us for a better future of bilateral relations, for peace and stability in the region.

On behalf of the Chinese youth delegation, Mr. Liu Xuankai, Deputy Secretary of the Trade Union of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, stated: "Today's exchange aims to further strengthen the interaction between young people of the two countries, especially students. We hope to gain a deeper understanding of the education system at Vietnamese universities and hope that cooperation between the two countries' education systems can be expanded so that students from both countries can study at universities in Vietnam, and teachers from both schools can exchange ideas and learn from each other."

Mr. Liu Xuankai, Deputy Secretary of the Trade Union of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, addressed officials, youth, and students from both countries.
In addition to the exchange program, the school also guided the Chinese youth delegation on a tour of the school's Traditional Room and Anthropology Museum.
