10. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:

Luận án là công trình đầu tiên nghiên cứu phỏng vấn với tư cách là một cuộc hội thoại. Lấy cặp thoại phỏng vấn làm trung tâm, luận án đã nghiên cứu và làm rõ đặc điểm cấu trúc, chức năng của cặp thoại cũng như sự vận động và tương tác của cặp thoại trong cuộc thoại phỏng vấn. Trên cơ sở đó, luận án cũng chỉ ra một số chiến lược phỏng vấn mà những nhà báo giàu kinh nghiệm thường sử dụng để mở đầu, duy trì, phát triển cũng như kết thúc cuộc phỏng vấn sao cho mang lại hiệu quả giao tiếp và hiệu quả thông tin tối đa. Đặc biệt, luận án đã chỉ ra chiến lược này có sự vận dụng khác nhau trong từng thể loại đặc thù thông qua việc nghiên cứu điển hình chiến lược sử dụng ngôn ngữ trong phỏng vấn chân dung, phỏng vấn thời sự và phỏng vấn điều tra.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

- Luận án giúp người làm báo có thêm kinh nghiệm khai thác thông tin cũng như kinh nghiệm thực hiện các cuộc phỏng vấn thông qua các hành vi ngôn ngữ và các chiến lược giao tiếp khi tác nghiệp.

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án sẽ là tài liệu phục vụ cho việc học tập và giảng dạy chuyên ngành ngôn ngữ báo chí, đặc biệt là ngôn ngữ phỏng vấn.

10. Summary of new findings of the thesis:

This doctoral thesis is the first study on interview language in the context of real dialogues. With the focus on interview dialogues, the thesis has researched into and clarified structure and function of the two sides in various dialogues as well as the interactions between them. From these findings, the thesis also identifies several interview strategies that experienced journalists employ to open, maintain, develop and end an interview in the most effective manner. Particularly, the thesis examines typical languages in portrait, news and investigation interviews to suggest specific contexts to apply the above-mentioned interview strategies.

The thesis is the first research interview as a conversation. Get exchange interview centered, thesis research and clarification of the structure and functions of the exchange as well as a pair of motion and interaction of pairs of telephone lines in the interview. On this basis, the thesis also pointed out a number of strategies that the journalists interviewed experienced often used to opening, maintaining, developing and ending the interview so that effective communication and maximum efficiency information. In particular, the thesis has shown this strategy is implemented differently in each specific category through case studies, strategic use of language in the interview portraits, interviews and interviews news articles tea.

11. Practical applicability:

- The thesis provides journalists and reporters with  experiences to gainmore information and language behaviors and communication strategies  to conduct interviews successfully.

- The research results of the thesis will serve as a teaching and learning document for press language specialization, particularly the interview language.
