10. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:

Trên cơ sở cách tiếp cận góc độ chính trị học, lấy quan hệ quyền lực làm phạm trù trung tâm, luận án làm rõ các nội dung, các khuynh hướng thể hiện rõ Đảng có quyền lãnh đạo, Nhân dân có quyền làm chủ, cụ thể như sau:

- Góp phần làm rõ thêm một số khái niệm cơ bản như: Đảng chính trị, Đảng lãnh đạo, Đảng cầm quyền, Đảng Cộng sản, Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, Nhân dân; làm sáng tỏ thêm những quan điểm của chủ nghĩa Mác-Lênin và tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về mối quan hệ giữa Đảng với Nhân dân;

- Làm rõ bản chất, nội dung và những yếu tố tác động đến mối quan hệ giữa Đảng với Nhân dân; nguyên tắc, điều kiện bảo đảm sự gắn kết giữa Đảng với Nhân dân, làm cơ sở lý luận - thực tiễn cho Đảng trong việc xây dựng sự thống nhất, đoàn kết Đảng với Nhân dân.

- Khảo sát thực trạng mối quan hệ giữa Đảng với Nhân dân, làm rõ những nguyên dân của những thành tựu, hạn chế và những vấn đề đặt ra trong quan hệ giữa Đảng với Nhân dân trong giai đoạn hiện nạy.

- Đề xuất phương hướng và hệ thống các giải pháp phong phú, thiết thực nhằm tăng cường hơn nữa mối quan hệ giữa Đảng với Nhân dân trong giai đoạn hiện nay.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tế:

Làm tư liệu tham khảo cho việc nghiên cứu và giảng dạy các vấn đề liên quan trong các lĩnh vực khoa học lý luận chính trị; đồng thời làm tài liệu tham khảo cho các nhà lãnh đạo, quản lý trong việc nghiên cứu đổi mới hệ thống chính trị ở Việt Nam hiện nay.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

On the base of the approach of politics, taking power relations as the central category, the thesis clarifies the content and trends showing that the Party has leadership and people have the mastery, as follows:

- Contribution to further clarifying fundamental concepts such as political party, the Party leader, the ruling party, the Communist Party, the Communist Party of Vietnam, the People; further clarification of the viewpoints of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh ideology on the relationship between the Party and the People;

- Clarification of the nature, content and the factors affecting the relationship between the Party and the People; principles and conditions to ensure coherence between the Party and the People, as the theoretical basis - practice for the Party in building unity and solidarity between the Party and the People.

- Surveying the status quo of the relationship between the Party and the People and clarifying people's material achievements, constraints and the raising issues in the relations between the Party and the People in the current period.

- Recommendaion of system orientation and essential solutions to further strengthening relations between the Party and the People in the current period.
