10. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:

- Nghiên cứu, khảo sát có tính hệ thống lý luận về phản biện xã hội, phản biện xã hội trên báo chí. Từ đó, bổ sung và phát triển lý luận về phản biện xã hội, phản biện xã hội trên báo chí và lý thuyết hóa phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử.

- Khảo sát thực tiễn phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử (các báo khảo sát gồm: Nhân Dân điện tử, VietNamNet, Thanh Niên điện tử, VnExpress) qua các trường hợp nghiên cứu cụ thể (các tác phẩm báo điện tử có chủ đề về: Điều 4 dự thảo Hiến pháp 2013, Phương án của Bộ GTVT với cầu Long Biên, Quy định phạt xe không chính chủ, Việt Nam đăng cai ASIAD 18, Đề xuất 34 nghìn tỷ đồng đổi mới sách giáo khoa) để rút ra những đánh giá khái quát về thực trạng PBXH trên báo điện tử ở Việt Nam. Từ thực trạng đó, luận án nêu những vấn đề đặt ra đối với PBXH trên báo điện tử.

- Nghiên cứu chứng minh có mối quan hệ tác động, chi phối giữa đặc thù loại hình báo điện tử và phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử đối với các vấn đề thời sự cấp thiết của cuộc sống.

- Luận án xây dựng mô hình qui trình phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử, nguyên tắc phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử và điều kiện cơ bản để tăng chất, hiệu quả phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử ở Việt Nam. Từ đó, luận án đề xuất một số giải pháp cụ thể cho tòa soạn báo điện tử, phóng viên nhà báo, cơ quan chức năng, người dân... để phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử hiệu quả.

Ý nghĩa lý luận:- Làm rõ lý luận và thực tiễn phản biện xã hội trên báo chí và báo điện tử, làm cơ sở khoa học cho đổi mới nhận thức vai trò, chức năng phản biện xã hội của báo điện tử. Nghiên cứu chỉ ra mối quan hệ tác động, chi phối giữa đặc thù loại hình báo điện tử và PBXH trên báo điện tử đối với các vấn đề thời sự cấp thiết của cuộc sống.Nghiên cứu và xây dựng hệ thống lý luận phản biện xã hội, lý thuyết hóa phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử thông qua các nhân tố ảnh hưởng, tiêu chí chất lượng, điều kiện thực hiện và giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử ở Việt Nam.

Ý nghĩa thực tiễn: Luận án có thể là nguồn tư liệu có giá trị tham khảo cho những người hoạt động báo chí, chính trị, xã hội cũng như những nhà lãnh đạo, quản lý báo chí ở Việt Nam trong việc phát huy ưu điểm và khắc phục nhược điểm phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử để góp phần thúc đẩy xã hội phát triển. Đồng thời, luận án có thể làm tài liệu tham khảo cho sinh viên, học viên cao học ngành báo chí – truyền thông, và những người quan tâm đến các vấn đề lý thuyết và thực tiễn báo chí, phản biện xã hội trên báo chí nói chung, phản biện xã hội trên báo điện tử ở Việt Nam nói riêng.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- Conduct research and survey in a synchonized system based on social criticism theory and social criticism on newspapers. Therefore, subplement and develop theory on social criticism and social criticism on newspapers, as well as building up social criticism theory on online newspapers.

- Conduct survey on social criticism on leading online newspapers (surveyed online newspapers include Nhan Dan (People’s) online version, VietNamNet, Thanh Nien (Youth) online version and VnExpress) through specific case study (articles of online newspapers with the main content focusing on Article 4 of 2013 draft constitution, Transport Ministry’s plan on Long Bien bridge, regulation on punishment of vehicle ownership, Vietnam’s hosting of ASIAD 18, Proposal on 34.000 billion to compile new school textbook) in order to make overall evaluation on real situations of social critism on Vietnam’s online newspapers. From this reality, thesis points out several emerging issues on social critism on online newspapers.

- Research proves that there’s a relationship that make impact on online newspaper and social critism on online media and create a close link between media and urgent matters in daily life.

- Thesis aims to build up a process for social critism on online newspapers and form a social critism principle on online newspapers in order to create favourable conditions for better quality and effectiveness of social critism on online newspapers in Vietnam. Thesis also proposes a number of specific measures for editorial division (news room) of online newspapers – reporters, editors – as well as funcational agencies and the public so that social critism on online newspapers proves more effective.

In terms of theory:  Clarify theoretical and practical terms in social critism on online newspapers and other media platforms, thus creating scientific basis for ideological changes and better quality of social critism on online newspapers.

Find out a relationship that make impact on online newspaper and social critism on online media and create a close link between media and urgent matters in daily life.

Study and build up a theoretical system on social critism on online newspapers via come factors that make a strong impact on criteria and quality of social critism on online newspapers in Vietnam.
