2.Admission requirements
- For the second degree program in Journalism, Management Science, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Office Management, International Studies, and Psychology:Full-time students in standard training programs and training programs according to Circular 23 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, and the Faculty of Law - VNU Hanoi.
ButWith the second degree program in History:Full-time students of the standard curriculum in History Education (University of Education - VNU Hanoi).
But
With the second degree program in Literature:Full-time students of the standard program in Literature and Language Pedagogy (University of Education - VNU Hanoi).
3. Eligibility requirements for admission- Have completed at least two semesters of the first training program.
- Meet one of the following two conditions:
+ The overall average grade for all courses from the beginning of the program to the time of registration for the second training program must be 2.5 or higher and meet the quality assurance threshold of the second program in the enrollment year (refer to the quality assurance thresholds of previous years).

+ Or academic performance based on cumulative GPA with an average grade and meeting the admission requirements of the second program in the admission year (refer to admission scores from previous years)

- Students who apply to study a second major and voluntarily pay tuition fees as stipulated by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
4. Admission methodsAdmission will be based on the average GPA from the beginning of the course to the end of the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, and candidates will be selected from highest to lowest until all available slots are filled.

6. Registration for admission
ButStudents can apply for admission online by filling out the information form at the following address:

- The schedule for submitting application documents in person will be announced specifically by the University via the email address provided by students during the application process.
7. Tuition fees:Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit and are paid each semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
Tuition fee for the 2021-2022 academic year (estimated): 470,000 VND/credit.
8. Training organizationStudents study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Based on the general timetable for all students in all majors at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the specific timetable for the second degree program, students register for courses that suit their time and study plan.
9. Graduation requirementsUpon completing their second degree program, students receive a regular university degree awarded by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students are only recognized as having graduated if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as having graduated from the first field of study;
- Up to the time of graduation consideration, students must not be under criminal investigation;
- Accumulate the required number of credits in the second degree program;
- The cumulative GPA for the entire course must be 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time limit for completing the first degree program;
- I have paid the full tuition fee for the course.
10. The maximum time limit for completing the second degree program is the same as the maximum time limit for completing the first degree program (a maximum of 12 main semesters from the time of admission to the first major).
