2.Admission objects
- With the second training program in the fields of Journalism, Management Science, Tourism and Travel Services Management, Office Management, International Studies and Psychology:Full-time students of standard training programs, training programs according to Circular 23 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, Faculty of Law - VNU.
-With the second training program in History:Full-time students of the standard training program in History Pedagogy (University of Education - VNU).
-With the second training program in Literature:Full-time students of the standard training program in Literature Pedagogy (University of Education - VNU).

3. Conditions for admission registration
- Have studied at least two semesters of the first training program.
- Meet one of the following two conditions:
+ The average score of all subjects from the beginning of the course to the time of registration for the second training program is from 2.5 or higher and meets the quality assurance threshold of the second program in the year of enrollment (refer to the quality assurance threshold of previous years).HERE);
+ Or academic performance is calculated based on the average cumulative grade point average and meets the admission requirements of the second program in the year of admission (refer to the admission scores of previous years).HERE).
- Students have an application to study a second major and voluntarily pay training fees according to the regulations of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

4. Admission method
Admission is based on the average semester score calculated from the beginning of the course to the end of semester II, school year 2020 - 2021 and taken from high to low until the quota is filled.

- The schedule for receiving direct application documents will be specifically announced by the School via the student's registration email.

7. Tuition:
Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit and are paid each semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
Tuition fee for the 2021-2022 school year (expected): 470,000 VND/credit.

8. Training organization
Students studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Based on the general timetable for all students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the specific timetable for classes according to the second training program, students register for classes that suit their time and study plan.

9. Graduation requirements
Upon completion of the second major training program, students will receive a regular university degree issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students will only be recognized as graduates if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as graduating from the first major;
- Up to the time of graduation, the student is not under criminal prosecution;
- Accumulate enough credits as prescribed in the second training program;
- Cumulative GPA of the entire course is 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time to complete the course of the first major;
- Paid full tuition for the course.

10. Maximum time to complete the second training program: is the maximum time to complete the first training program (maximum 12 main semesters from the time of admission to the first major).
