Enrollment for the second training program (dual degree) in the second round of the 2020-2021 school year

2. Admission objects
- With the second training program in the fields of Journalism, Management Science, Tourism and Travel Services Management, Office Management, International Studies and Psychology:Full-time students of standard training programs of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and full-time students of the University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, and Faculty of Law - VNU.
-With the second training program in History:Full-time students of the standard training program in History Pedagogy (University of Education - VNU).
-With the second training program in Literature:Full-time students of the standard training program in Literature Pedagogy (University of Education - VNU).
3. Conditions for admission registration
- Have studied at least two semesters of the first training program.
- The average score of all subjects from the beginning of the course to the time of registration for the second training program is from 2.00 or higher.
- Students have an application to study a second major and voluntarily pay training fees according to the regulations of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
4. Admission method
Admission is based on the average semester score calculated from the beginning of the course to the end of semester II, school year 2019 - 2020 and taken from high to low until the quota is filled.

6. Apply for admission
-Students register for admission online by filling out the information form.HEREor register directly at the Training Department (604 Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).
- Application documents when submitted directly include:
+ Application form (according to sample);
+ Photocopy of birth certificate (no notarization required);
+ 2 3 x 4 portrait photos taken within 3 months from the date of application submission (put the photos in a separate envelope, clearly write your full name and student code).

8. Tuition:
Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit and are paid each semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
Tuition fee for the 2020-2021 school year (expected): 310,000 VND/credit.
9. Training organization
Students studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Based on the general timetable for all students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the specific timetable for classes according to the second training program, students register for classes that suit their time and study plan.
10. Graduation requirements
Upon completion of the second major training program, students will receive a regular university degree issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students will only be recognized as graduates if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as graduating from the first major;
- Up to the time of graduation, the student is not under criminal prosecution;
- Accumulate enough credits as prescribed in the second training program;
- Cumulative GPA of the entire course is 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time to complete the course of the first major;
- Paid full tuition for the course.
11. Maximum time to complete the second training program course:is the maximum time to complete the first training program (maximum 12 main semesters from the time of admission to the first major).
