2. Eligibility Criteria
- For the second degree program in Journalism, Oriental Studies (specializing in Korean Studies), Management Science, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Office Management (tentative), International Studies, and Psychology:Full-time students of standard training programs at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and full-time students of the University of Foreign Languages ​​and the University of Education.(expected)University of Natural Sciences(expected)and the Faculty of Law - Vietnam National University, Hanoi(expected).
ButWith the second degree program in History:Full-time students of the standard curriculum in History Education, Faculty of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- For the second degree program in Literature:Full-time students of the standard program in Literature and Language Pedagogy, Faculty of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
3. Eligibility requirements for admission
- Have completed at least two semesters of the first training program.
- The overall average grade for all courses taken from the beginning of the program until the time of registration for the second training program must be 2.00 or higher.
- Students who apply to study a second major and voluntarily pay tuition fees as stipulated by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
4. Admission methods
Admission will be based on the average GPA from the beginning of the course to the end of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, and candidates will be selected from highest to lowest until all available slots are filled.

6. Registration for admission
– Students register for admission online by filling out the form:ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE SECOND PROGRAM, 2019 COHORT orSubmit your application documents directly to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
– Application documents submitted in person include:
+ Application form for admission (according to template)HERE);
+ 2 passport-sized photos (3 x 4 cm) taken within 3 months of the application submission date (put the photos in a separate envelope, clearly stating your full name and student ID).

9. Tuition fees:
Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit and are paid each semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
Tuition fee for the 2019-2020 academic year: 310,000 VND/credit.
10. Training organization
Students study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Based on the general timetable for all students in all majors at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the specific timetable for the second degree program, students register for courses that suit their time and study plan.
11. Graduation requirements
Upon completing their second degree program, students receive a regular university degree awarded by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students are only recognized as having graduated if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as having graduated from the first field of study;
- Up to the time of graduation consideration, students must not be under criminal investigation;
- Accumulate the required number of credits in the second degree program;
- The cumulative GPA for the entire course must be 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time limit for completing the first degree program;
- I have paid the full tuition fee for the course.
12. Maximum time limit for completing the second training program:This is the maximum time to complete the first training program (maximum 12 main semesters from the time of admission to the first major).
