2. Admission objects
- For the fields of Journalism, Management Science, Tourism and Travel Services Management, International Studies and Psychology:Full-time students of standard training programs of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and students of training programs of the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
-For History:Full-time student of the standard training program in History Pedagogy, University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
-With Literature:Full-time student of standard training program in Literature Pedagogy, University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Note :Students of high-quality training programs of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are not allowed to register for admission to the second training programs of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
3. Conditions for admission registration
- Have studied at least two semesters of the first training program.
- The average score of all subjects from the beginning of the course to the time of registration for the second training program is from 2.00 or higher.
- Students have an application to study a second major and voluntarily pay training fees according to the regulations of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
4. Admission method
Admission is based on the average semester score calculated from the beginning of the course to the time of registration and taken from high to low until the quota is filled.

6. Apply for admission
– Students register for admission online by filling out the form:REGISTER FOR ONLINE ADMISSION FOR THE 2ND TRAINING COURSE, COURSE 2018 orSubmit application directly to University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
– Application documents when submitted directly include:
+ Application form (according to the form)HERE);
+ 2 3 x 4 portrait photos taken within 3 months from the date of application submission (put the photos in a separate envelope, clearly write your full name and student code).

9. Tuition:
Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit and are paid each semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
Tuition fee for the 2019-2020 school year: 310,000 VND/credit.
10. Training organization
Students studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Based on the general timetable for all students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the specific timetable for classes according to the second training program, students register for classes that suit their time and study plan.
11. Graduation requirements
Upon completion of the second major training program, students will receive a regular university degree issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students will only be recognized as graduates if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as graduating from the first major;
- Up to the time of graduation, the student is not under criminal prosecution;
- Accumulate enough credits as prescribed in the second training program;
- Cumulative GPA of the entire course is 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time to complete the course of the first major;
- Paid full tuition for the course.
12. Maximum time to complete the second training program course:is the maximum time to complete the first training program (maximum 12 main semesters from the time of admission to the first major).
