Television Profession Class opens in November 2011

University of Social Sciences and Humanities is enrolling for the short-term training course "Television Profession", opening in November 2011.

I. General information

- Target: for students who have graduated/are studying at colleges/universities. - Objective: At the end of the course, students will grasp basic theoretical knowledge about television, and master professional skills to produce a television program. Specifically as follows: + Television scripts and scripts; television program production process; television journalism genres; television terminology. + Techniques for filming basic television genres such as television news, reports, television documentaries, music videos, etc. Students will practice filming on modern film cameras. + Nonlinear film editing techniques and popular computer graphics programs today. In-depth study of the latest video editing and special effects software on computers such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Hollwood FX, Adobe After Effects... Study 100% directly on high-end computers, practice on video editing cards from Matrox, Pinnacle... Editing all types of television, music videos, commercials... + 70% practice time. - Study time: 5 weeks. 3 sessions per week, Monday-Wednesday-Friday every week, from 6pm-8pm. - Tuition: Students outside the school: 3,000,000 VND Students who are students in the school (with student card): 2,500,000 VND Former students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (with diploma): 2,700,000 VND

II. Lecturer

They are highly qualified lecturers, professionally trained in journalism and communications in advanced countries around the world, and experienced television, print and electronic newspaper reporters working at central and Hanoi press and communications agencies.

III. Graduation Certificate

Certificate in Vietnamese and English, issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi).
