With the aim of fostering and improving the professional skills of staff currently working in the fields of document management, archiving, administration, and office work at agencies, organizations, and businesses, and to create opportunities for those with a university degree in Group 6 to pursue postgraduate studies, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is opening a training course to enhance their knowledge.

The program consists of four main parts.(In each section, specific topics are designed according to the target audience of each course):
Part 1. Organization and management of document and archive work
(Includes the following topics: Organization and management of document management, Organization and management of archiving)
Part 2. Document Management Procedures
(Includes the following topics: Techniques for drafting and issuing documents, Managing incoming and outgoing documents, Managing and using seals, Creating and submitting files for archiving)
Part 3. Archival work procedures
(Including the following contents: Collecting and supplementing documents; Classifying archival documents; Determining document value; Statistical analysis and preservation of documents; Developing search tools; Organizing services for accessing and using documents)
Part 4. Supplementary knowledge and skills (soft skills)
(Including the following topics: Administrative reform in document management and archiving; Application of ISO 9001:2000 in document management and archiving; Application of information technology in document management and archiving; Skills in advising on document management and archiving issues; Skills in organizing work…).
The course started on October 17, 2011.(Students come to receive their documents and complete the enrollment procedures.)

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM(expected)
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Tuition fee for the entire course: 4,000,000 VNDVND (Four million dong)
