11. Summary of project results:
After researching the current economic situation in Laos and the impact of the Lao economy on Vietnam-Laos relations, the students have completed the objectives and tasks of the project. A summary of some results is as follows:
- In chapter 1, the author analyzed and explained to clarify the current situation of the Lao economy and the difficulties of the Lao economy in the period 2017-2023.
- In chapter 2, the author evaluates and analyzes the current status of Vietnam - Laos relations in the period of 2017-2023 in the fields of political diplomacy, national defense and security, economy, culture, education...
- In chapter 3, the author assessed the impact of the Lao economic situation on Vietnam-Laos relations, made forecasts for the coming time, and commented on the issues facing Vietnam.
12. Practical applicability: The research results of the project are reference documents, providing scientific basis and some specific recommendations that effectively contribute to Vietnam's policy making towards Laos as well as lessons learned in Vietnam's economic management.
13. Further research directions: In the coming time, the author will continue to research issues related to the economic situation in Laos and Vietnam-Laos relations.
