- Second, the thesis contributes to clearly assessing the current situation of mass mobilization work according to Ho Chi Minh's thought in the northern mountainous provinces from 2016 to 2021, especially the limitations and causes of limitations.
- Third, the thesis proposes a number of valuable solutions for reference to innovate mass mobilization work in the Northern mountainous provinces according to Ho Chi Minh's thought in the coming time. The solutions proposed by the thesis, if applied synchronously, will contribute to improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the Northern mountainous provinces in particular, and in provinces/cities across the country in general.
