- Firstly, the thesis contributes to systematizing and deepening the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought on mass mobilization work.
Secondly, the thesis contributes to a clear assessment of the current state of mass mobilization work based on Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the northern mountainous provinces from 2016 to 2021, especially the limitations and their causes.
- Thirdly, the thesis proposes several valuable solutions for innovating mass mobilization work in the northern mountainous provinces in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the coming period. If applied comprehensively, the solutions proposed in the thesis will contribute to improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the northern mountainous provinces in particular, and in provinces/cities nationwide in general.
