  • Clarifying the basis of Vietnam's people's diplomacy activities from 2011 to 2018, the concept, subject, object, goal, and method of Vietnam's people's diplomacy activities from 2011 to 2018.
  • Analyze the current situation, point out the successes, limitations and causes of Vietnam's people's diplomacy activities from 2011 to 2018 in implementing foreign policy goals, supporting the Party's foreign affairs and State diplomacy.
