- The firstThis is the first work to explore the literary legacy of Nguyen Dinh Chieu from a geopolitical/geocultural perspective in the context of anti-colonialism, attempting to renew and deepen understanding of an author representative of the Southern Vietnamese literary region during a special historical period of the country at the end of the medieval period.

ButMondayThis contributes to affirming Nguyen Dinh Chieu's role and position in literary history as a pioneering author of the literature that fought against colonialism.

12. Practical applications (if any): The novel interpretations of Nguyen Dinh Chieu as a pioneering author of the anti-colonial struggle literature presented in this dissertation can be applied in teaching at secondary schools and universities.

13. Further research directions (if any): Expand the scope of the survey of anti-colonial literature worldwide, in countries with many similarities to Vietnam, which could not be covered due to time constraints and the limitations of the thesis.

A comparison between anti-colonial literature of the latter half of the 19th century and subsequent periods of Vietnamese literature is necessary. Furthermore, a deeper examination and comparison with authors and anti-colonial literatures around the world can reveal similarities and differences in content and poetics, as well as the creative forces, appearance, and characteristics of some representative authors and works.

Several other issues also need to be further explored and researched, such as the influence of colonialism and colonization, the intermingling of post-colonial and post-colonial cultural influences, with an emphasis on Karl Marx's thesis onthe dual nature of colonialism, viewing European colonialism as an indispensable element for world progress, aThe unconscious tools of history, a key modernization force and part ofthe process of transitioning from feudal mode of production to capitalist mode of production.

12. Practical applicability, if any: New interpretations on Nguyen Dinh Chieu as the lead author of the anticolonialism literature mentioned on the thesis could be applied in the teaching and learning procedure at high schools and universities.

Further research directions, if any: The scope of the survey on anticolonialism literature could be expanded into worldwide, especially in countries which share a lot of similarities with Vietnam, which is not yet conducted on this thesis because of the limit of the thesis's time and framework.

The comparison between the anticolonialism literature in the second half of the 19ththcentury period and the later periods of Vietnamese literature could be done. Moreover, it is also possible to carry out the survey more comprehensively and collate with other authors and with other anticolonialism literary backgrounds in the world to point out the similarities and differences on the content and the prosodies such as the writing force, the appearances and characteristics of some typical authors and works.

A number of other issues also need to be further investigated and studied such as the influence of colonialism and colonization, the interference of the post-colonial culture and the post-colonialism culture, in which emphasizes Karl Marx's thesis onthe duality of colonialism,consider the European colonialism as an indispensable element for the progress of the world,an unintentional tool of the history, an important modernization force and a part ofthe transition from feudalism to capitalist production.
