From March to September 2024, the Library and Digital Knowledge Center of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-LIC) made many positive changes in its communication efforts. The quantity and quality of communication products improved significantly. The products diversified in genre, including newsletters, training videos, review videos, and images, with rich content suitable for students. In particular, the quality of images, sound, and content was enhanced thanks to investment in professional staff and modern equipment.
Media products have attracted significant user interest, with a substantial increase in engagement across digital platforms, reflected in specific data and charts. Media events were professionally organized and highly appreciated by leaders and news users.
The survey revealed that the majority of users responded positively to the quantity and quality of media products, showing a clear improvement in many aspects such as product diversity, visuals, sound, and content.
The center's leadership highly appreciates the innovation of this project, especially the upgrades in personnel, technology, and communication content. These innovations have helped to connect and interact more effectively with information users, contributing to the center's success in supporting learning and research.
