From March to September 2024, the Center for Digital Library and Knowledge, VNU (VNU-LIC) has had many positive innovations in communication. The quantity and quality of communication products have been significantly improved. The products are diverse in genres such as newsletters, training videos, review videos, images, etc. with rich content, suitable for students. In particular, the quality of images, sound, and content have all been improved thanks to investment in professional personnel and modern equipment.
Media products have attracted great attention from users, with interactions increasing significantly on digital platforms, reflected in specific data and charts. Media events are professionally organized and highly appreciated by leaders and news users.
Through the survey, the majority of users responded positively to the quantity and quality of media products, showing clear improvements in many aspects such as product diversity, images, sounds, and content.
The center's leaders highly appreciated the innovation of this project, especially the upgrading of human resources, technology and communication content. The innovations have helped to connect and interact more effectively with users, contributing to the center's success in supporting learning and research.
