The thesis extensively studies the impact function of poetic language through the poetry of To Huu and Che Lan Vien, an issue that has been mentioned by researchers but has not been deeply exploited and studied. Therefore, this topic contributes to the theory of poetry research on the linguistic level. That is, the thesis contributes to expanding the study of poetic language on the level of: message organization, interpersonal relationships.
From the perspective of message organization, To Huu and Che Lan Vien's poems have shown positive impacts. Aspects such as poetic themes, ways of building poetic images, poetic forms, poetic structures, rhetorical devices, etc. create ways of organizing poetic messages to influence the reader's perception and thoughts. This is a particularly important aspect because the language is put into poetry, arranged so that poetic sentiment and poetic ideas have the greatest ability to be expressed.
Speech acts are expressed in poetic form, so the impact is very special. Each speech act has specific means of language expression and brings different impact values. The survey results prove that the path of poetry is from the heart to the mind and action.
