One is, The thesis systematizes Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on democratic leadership style and explains Ho Chi Minh's democratic leadership style through his writings, speeches and activities during the process of leading the Vietnamese revolution.

Two isThe thesis analyzes and evaluates the current status of democratic leadership style of commune-level leaders from 1998 to present, with special emphasis on the period from 2016 (the Politburo issued Directive 05-CT/TW) to present.
