Based on the theory of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, documents and resolutions of the Party, directives and resolutions of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Politics on training and fostering cadres in general, and the team of political commissars in the Army in particular; from the perspective of political science, the thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical and practical issues, identifying causes and drawing experiences; thereby proposing solutions to foster methods and working styles for students training as political commissars of central and division levels at the Academy of Politics, Ministry of National Defense at present.
11. Practical application:
The research results contribute to providing a scientific basis for Party committees, leaders at all levels, functional agencies and student management units at the Academy of Politics to research and apply in training political commissars for students training in central and divisional political commissars to meet the requirements of education and training and building the Academy and the army today.
The thesis can be used as a reference in research and teaching of Party work and political work in military academies and schools.
