10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis provides an overview of domestic and international studies on sustainable tourism development. Based on this, the author systematizes the theoretical and practical issues of sustainable tourism development in Con Dao district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. The research utilizes observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and data processing tools such as SPSS and Excel.
This thesis identifies five factors that influence sustainable tourism development in Con Dao District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province: natural resources; socio-cultural resources (traditional products, local communities, etc.); historical and traditional elements; infrastructure, cuisine, and accommodation; and tourism services, entertainment, and shopping. Of these factors, natural resources have the strongest impact and contribution to local sustainable tourism development.
The thesis also proposed solutions and recommendations to enhance sustainable tourism development in Con Dao district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. It contributes positively to the sustainable development of local tourism in the future, such as: raising awareness and strengthening the capacity of businesses and shops producing and developing diverse, high-quality silk products; the Con Dao National Tourist Area Management Board should support additional public services such as parking, training to improve civilized tourism behavior, and professional local tour guides; and promoting price listing and clearly distinguishing between products and other items that are not part of the Con Dao brand.
Businesses participate in shopping at markets for economic purposes; support businesses with capital, policy mechanisms, and technical infrastructure to serve sustainable tourism; connect stakeholders in tourism development, and strengthen linkages with travel businesses. Enhance tourism promotion, and increase the number of sustainable and professional sea and island tourism tours.
11. Practical applications: Some of the content may be useful for the People's Committee of Con Dao District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, in guiding the sustainable development of local tourism.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis :
The thesis has reviewed domestic and foreign works on sustainable tourism development, on that basis, the author systematizes theoretical and practical issues on sustainable tourism development in Con Dao district of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. By observing, in-depth interviews, questionnaires... and using data processing tools: SPSS, Excel...
The thesis has shown the impacts on sustainable tourism development in Con Dao district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province subject to 5 factors: Natural resources; Socio-cultural resources (traditional products, local communities...); Traditional historical elements; Infrastructure, cuisine, accommodation; Shopping, entertainment and tourism services. With these factors, natural resources are the most influential factors, making the strongest contribution to local sustainable tourism development.
The thesis also proposed, gave solutions and recommendations to improve the sustainable tourism development for Con Dao district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. Contributing positively to the sustainable development of tourism for the locality in the future such as: Raising awareness and strengthening the capacity of business households and shops to develop diversified and high - quality silk products; The Management Board of Con Dao National Tourist Area needs to support additional public service points such as parking spaces, training to improve tourism civilized behavior and professional local narrators; Propaganda and campaign to list prices, clearly distinguishing other aspects that are not Con Dao brands doing business at shopping markets for economic purposes; Support enterprises in capital sources, mechanisms and policies, material and technical facilities for sustainable tourism; Connecting stakeholders in tourism development, promoting links with travel businesses. Strengthen tourism promotion, strengthen sea and island tours - sustainable - professional.
