Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Science and Technology (now the Lao Ministry of Information and Technology)

The Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Science and Technology (now Ministry of Information and Technology) of Laos is a specialized unit under the Ministry, with the function of advising and implementing the work of organizing the apparatus, managing human resources, training and developing staff in the industry. The Department plays an important role in building human resource policies, arranging organizational structures, as well as improving management and professional capacity for staff, contributing to ensuring the effective operation of the Ministry and the science and technology system, now information technology of Laos.
