Functions and responsibilities
The Personnel Department is responsible for advising and assisting the Rector in managing and overseeing activities related to organizational structure and personnel matters within the University. Its specific tasks include:
- Research and develop a plan for organizational structure and human resource development that aligns with the school's development strategy and plan.
- To advise on the development and issuance of management documents related to organizational and personnel matters within the School.
- Managing the establishment of new units, adjustments, and reorganization of the organization.split/merge/dissolve), change the unit name.
- Determine staffing levels, identify job positions, and develop personnel plans for the units within the University.
- Managing the recruitment and employment of staff under work contracts and labor contracts.
- Evaluating the performance of staff members in carrying out their duties.
- The focal point for implementing emulation, reward, and disciplinary activities.
- The focal point for implementing the procedures for appointing, reappointing, and dismissing leading and managerial staff within the School.
- Personnel deployment, rotation, and transfer.
- Training and developing the skills of staff to meet the school's development needs.
- Managing salary increases, seniority allowances, job transfers, and job appointments.
- The focal point for implementing the process of reviewing applications for professor and associate professor titles.
- Implement policies and regulations related to social insurance, welfare, and human resource development as prescribed by higher authorities and the University.
- Managing staff traveling for business trips, conferences, seminars, training courses, and research projects both domestically and internationally.
- Manage and update employee records.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Principal in accordance with the functions and responsibilities of the Department.
