Chức năng, nhiệm vụ

Phòng Tổ chức Cán bộ là đơn vị có chức năng tham mưu, giúp việc Hiệu trưởng trong quản lý, điều hành các hoạt động liên quan tới công tác tổ chức bộ máy, công tác cán bộ thuộc Trường. Các nhiệm vụ cụ thể:

Nghiên cứu, xây dựng quy hoạch phát triển cơ cấu tổ chức, nguồn nhân lực phù hợp với chiến lược, kế hoạch phát triển của Trường.
Tham mưu xây dựng, ban hành các văn bản quản lý liên quan đến công tác tổ chức, cán bộ thuộc Trường.

Managing the recruitment and employment of staff under work contracts and labor contracts.

Personnel deployment, rotation, and transfer.
Training and developing the skills of staff to meet the school's development needs.
Managing salary increases, seniority allowances, job transfers, and job appointments.
The focal point for implementing the process of reviewing applications for professor and associate professor titles.
Implement policies and regulations related to social insurance, welfare, and human resource development as prescribed by higher authorities and the University.
Managing staff traveling for business trips, conferences, seminars, training courses, and research projects both domestically and internationally.
Manage and update employee records.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Principal in accordance with the functions and responsibilities of the Department.
