- Students of the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management, in addition to their regular classroom classes, frequently organize and participate in extracurricular activities: participating in field surveys; visiting and undertaking practical internships at central and local agencies and organizations.
For many consecutive years, the Student Union and Student Association of the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management have consistently been leading the emulation movement of the Youth Union and Student Association of the University. The activities of the young people in Archival Studies and Office Management are distinctly unique, closely linked to the strengths of the Faculty's professional work, and bring practical value to students, such as: Hosting the University-level "Wepass" learning support project; the Faculty's Young Office Staff Club always plays a professional role in supporting students in scientific research by organizing many meaningful activities such as: the "Sharing and Connecting 2023" seminar on selecting topics and building a comprehensive plan for a research project; the seminar on questionnaire design skills and post-survey data processing, etc.
- In addition, students of the Faculty are very active in participating in the University's student and community movements: volunteer activities, cultural and artistic events, sports; achieving many high achievements, especially the title of "Outstanding Student at the Central level"...
