Rector Pham Quang Minh extended his greetings and congratulations to the 46 new PhD graduates who were awarded their degrees. Receiving their PhDs will serve as a stepping stone for these new PhDs to conduct more in-depth research in their respective fields. The Rector hopes that the university will continue to be a leading training institution for these new PhDs to develop in their future scientific research careers.

Graduate students are studying in the following fields: Journalism, Ho Chi Minh Studies, Ethnology, History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vietnamese History, Sino-Vietnamese Studies, Archival Studies, Comparative Linguistics, Scientific Sociology, Dialectical Materialism & Historical Materialism, Literary Theory, Science and Technology Management, Chinese Studies, Psychology, Vietnamese Literature, and Sociology.

PhD candidate Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh (specializing in Sociology), on behalf of the 46 new PhD graduates, expressed gratitude to the leadership and all faculty and staff of the University.
The Political and Student Affairs Department also announced Decision No. 1146QD/XHNV dated July 6, 2020, awarding commendations to four graduate students who completed their studies in the first batch of 2020 with outstanding performance: Vu Viet Bang (specializing in Han Nom studies), Do Duy Tu (specializing in Civil and Historical Documents), Nguyen Anh Tuan (specializing in Chinese Studies), and Le Thi Thuy Binh (specializing in Ho Chi Minh Studies).

Professor Pham Quang Minh presented certificates of merit to four doctoral students who achieved outstanding results.
