What to study - What to do...? All the answers are in the handbook "Social Sciences and Humanities: 27 Fields - Professions and Trends" compiled and published by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2020 university admissions season.

In university admissions counseling programs, the main concerns of prospective students revolve around: What does this major teach? What are the job opportunities after graduation? What is the income level after graduation? What are the benefits of studying this major? How is studying this major at the Faculty of Humanities different from at other universities? Do students get many practical internships? What are the scholarship opportunities, both domestic and international, for this major? What are the differences between standard programs, high-quality programs, and double degrees...? Am I suitable for this major?... Questions like these account for more than 70% of the questions asked by students during admissions counseling sessions. This shows that prospective students still have some confusion when learning about the nature of the major and lack sufficient practical experience to determine whether they truly love and are suited to that profession.
Understanding and empathizing with these concerns, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has compiled and published the handbook "Social Sciences and Humanities: 27 fields, professions, and trends".

This book contains articles introducing information ranging from basic to detailed about the university's 27 undergraduate programs, based on surveys of prospective students' interests in these fields. Students can find information about typical courses; unique aspects of training; the philosophy and orientation of education; the learning outcomes of each program; innovative teaching methods; career opportunities and skills for adapting to the digital age labor market; internationally oriented course modules; and the benefits of being a student at the university.
The essays also help candidates understand the 75-year tradition of building and developing the school, along with its pioneering mission in piloting new academic programs; and the creative and innovative activities in the school's management and organization over the past time aimed at improving the quality of training,...
Hopefully, this handbook will provide useful information for students in making decisions about their majors and careers; and inspire them to seek and pursue professions that suit their strengths and passions.
