During the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, emphasized the university's strength as a comprehensive training institution in Japanese Studies, offering all three levels of education: bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. This is a crucial foundation for the university to develop high-quality human resources, meeting the needs of international cooperation and the labor market.
The Vice Rector also shared that the school always focuses on building and developing a network of cooperation with large Japanese businesses and corporations, as well as central and local government agencies. In the future, the school hopes to continue expanding the connection between the training institution and businesses, with a people-centered approach, thereby creating practical cooperation programs that benefit both sides, especially expanding learning, internship, and employment opportunities for students.

On the partner's side, Mr. Hamano, Director of JinZai Corporation, highly appreciated the cooperative relationship that has been built between the two sides over the past time and expressed his desire to continue developing this relationship in a sustainable and effective direction.
Mr. Hamano introduced Zensho Group as one of Japan's leading corporations in the food and catering industry, with a wide network of operations. According to him, food is not only a crucial economic sector but also closely linked to the goals of ensuring food security, food safety, and contributing to poverty reduction. Based on its strategic direction of expanding operations in Vietnam, Zensho Group expects to strengthen cooperation with VNU-USSH in training, networking, and developing human resources to meet the company's needs.

The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange views on future cooperation directions, aiming to implement activities supporting career guidance, introducing Japanese businesses, providing international job information, and organizing networking programs for students. These contents are also consistent with the objectives of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two sides, which aim to expand international career opportunities, strengthen connections between the university and businesses, and contribute to improving the quality of training in line with practical needs.
